Red Velvet has inked a new contract with All Elite Wrestling.
The women's wrestling prospect signed a new deal with the promotion following her impressive performance alongside Cody Rhodes against NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal and Jade Cargill at the AEW Dynamite: The Crossroads special event on TNT.
The news was announced by AEW executive and wrestler "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes via a statement released on Twitter on Thursday.
"At The Crossroads AEW on TNT event squaring off against Shaquille O'Neal & Jade Cargill, Red Velvet stepped up in a huge way," Rhodes wrote. "Tony Khan saw what over a million people saw that night and upgraded her contract."
Rhodes concluded, "She’s ALL ELITE now! Let’s stir it up my friend."
