Business is business, and Cody Rhodes knows this as well as anyone first-hand.
The grandson of a plumber took to social media on Tuesday to respond to a fan who tweeted him and stated that WWE should have given he and his brother, Dustin Rhodes, the "Great American Bash" pay-per-view name to use in AEW, as it was a creation made by their father, the late, great "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes.
The All Elite Wrestling EVP and wrestler responded to the fan by writing the following reply on Twitter ahead of tonight's NXT Great American Bash show on the USA Network.
"Business is business. They have the rights to many of Dusty’s greatest creations. My hope is that they do them justice and I will never be bitter about his legacy being honored and a whole new generation seeing he was a genius w/lasting concepts."
