"The American Nightmare" is a people-pleaser.
Following his dark match victory over Seth Rollins at the WWE Friday Night SmackDown go-home show for the WWE WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view, Cody Rhodes took time out to pose for a photo with a fan.
Not just any fan, however.
A young fan who was so worked up that he jumped over the guard rail in order to capture a photo with the former AEW Executive Vice President.
Cody commented on the moment on social media after the show.
"Nassau…That was magic, legit," wrote Cody regarding the show in general. "Til’ the next time."
Regarding the fan, he wrote, "This popped me. He ended up getting the picture. Good kiddo."
