One of the featured bouts for the next WWE pay-per-view event was announced during this week's edition of Monday Night Raw.
During the weekly three-hour WWE on USA Network red-brand television program this evening, a third meeting between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins was announced for WWE Hell In A Cell 2022.
"The American Nightmare" and Seth "Freakin'" Rollins will square off inside Hell In A Cell at the PPV event of the same name.
The match was agreed upon by the two competitors during an in-ring segment on the May 16 episode of the show, as Rhodes issued the challenge that Rollins would go on to accept.
After the show, WWE confirmed Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins III inside Hell In A Cell for their WWE Hell In A Cell 2022 special event, which goes down from Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on Sunday, June 5.
