Corey Graves was absent from commentary for the January 15th episode of WWE Speed.
Graves has done voice-over play-by-play for every episode of the company's social media show since it began in the spring of 2024, but was replaced by Blake Howard for its latest episode. This comes shortly after Graves wrote some tweets calling out WWE for moving him to NXT after its premiere on Netflix.
Not only that, Graves was then pulled from his duties in NXT after more tweets were made. PW Insider reported that he was seen leaving Orlando shortly before the NXT taping began.
At this time, it does not appear that the Graves story is a work unless WWE is playing this one very close to the chest.
