The women's wrestling star surfaced on social media this week to give an update on her injury status.
Kai suffered a torn ACL while teaming with Bayley against Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan for the WWE Womenโs Tag Team Titles on the May 12 edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
On Twitter, Kai stated that she is no longer wearing a brace while she recovers.
"Iโm outta my brace and back wearing sweatpants with holes in the knees," she wrote as the caption to a pair of photos she shared via her official Twitter feed.
