Last night's AEW and NJPW Forbidden Door PPV Event saw a 3-Way Winners Takes All Match for the ROH as well as the IWGP World Heavyweight Tag Team Titles between the ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood), the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions United Empire (Jeff Cobb and Great-O-Khan) and Roppongi Vice (Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero). The match ended with FTR defeating United Empire and Roppongi Vice to retain their ROH World Tag Team Championships and to become the brand-new IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions.
Unfortunately for one-half of FTR and the new IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions Dax Harwood, he may have suffered an injury during the 3-Way Match as according to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, he was taken to the back by medics as soon as the match began and the rumors is that Dax suffered a shoulder injury, but he would return with his shoulder taped and would end up winning the match.
As soon as updates are available on Dax Harwood's injury and status, it will be provided.
