As reported earlier this week, a stalker was apprehended by authorities at the recently completed WWE NXT TV tapings this week by the FBI after WWE officials were alerted to their presence. In a completely separate incident, it appears there was another incident outside of the WWE Performance Center on Tuesday that led to an arrest as well.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's office, at approximately 1130 PM local law enforcement made contact with Shawn Chan outside of the facility. Chan had an outstanding warrant for burglary from a different county's Sheriff's Office. He was placed under arrest and booked into jail.
The details of the police report do not include any references to an altercation or interaction with WWE talent but occurred on the same day as the Liv Morgan stalker situation so there was confusion and initial belief that this was the same incident. It appears the only relation this case has to WWE is that the person of interest was arrested on company grounds.
