Eddie Kingston Talks About Difference Between Today's Generation And His

Eddie Kingston recently spoke with Figthtful for an in-depth interview covering all things pro wrestling.

During the discussion, "The Mad King" spoke about his friend using a whiffle ball bat with rocks and bails for a fight, as well as how different his generation was from the one of today.

Featured below are some of the highlights from the interview.

On his friend taking a wiffle ball bat and adding rocks and nails before heading off to a fight: "Man. I just remember as a kid, a kid took a wiffle ball bat, right? Corked it with a bunch of rocks to make it heavy, then taped up the bottom, and then—we were nuts—put nails on it. Like super glued, gorilla grip glues nails on it. Then we went to the fight. It was a crazy day."

On how different he and his friends were from today’s generation: "We were different kids then. We were different kids then. Like I tell people, we were the Ducky Boys, if you ever saw the movie The Wanderers. We were the Ducky Boys."
