El Hijo del Vikingo Avoids Major Knee Injury; Shares Update On When He Will Be Back

-- El Hijo del Vikingo suffered an injury last week during the TNA TV Tapings and despite initial scares that it was serious, the former AAA Mega Champion avoided a major injury as he revealed on social media yesterday.

-- Posting on Instagram, Vikingo noted that the injury to his right knee did not affect any muscles or ligaments and that he will rest until the swelling goes down before beginning the rehab process. He shared that it is expected he will be out of action for about 15-20 days.

-- Vikingo only returned to action in September after being sidelined for more than half the year due to a torn meniscus and torn ligament back in February and wrestled at Bound for Glory against Mike Bailey on Saturday before wrestling against Trent Seven on Sunday at the tapings where he suffered the injury.
