Former WCW President Eric Bischoff, who was a long-time friend and close business associate of the late Hulk Hogan will unfortunately not be able to make it in person for tonight's tribute to Hogan on WWE Smackdown.
Bischoff noted that he was extended an invite but was unable to get to Cleveland in time.
