It looks like "The Icon" has his dance partners for his pro wrestling swan song in March.
Sting and Darby Allin, with Ric Flair by their side, defeated The Don Callis Family duo of Powerhouse Hobbs and Konosuke Takeshita in the Texas Tornado main event of this week's AEW Dynamite: Homecoming show at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
After their victory, Tony Schiavone got in the ring and asked Sting who his opponents were going to be for his retirement match at AEW Revolution 2024 in March.
The Young Bucks' theme then hit and out came Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson for the first time since losing at AEW Full Gear 2023 to Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega back in November.
Following the show, multiple sources have reported that it is expected that The Young Bucks vs. Sting & Darby Allin will be announced as the retirement bout for "The Icon" at the 3/3 pay-per-view at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.
