Former Pro Wrestling Promoter Jim Crockett Jr. Hospitalized And Reportedly “Not Doing Well”

The official Facebook account of Crockett Sports Promotions recently mentioned on their Facebook page that former Pro Wrestling Promoter Jim Crockett Jr. is currently at a hospital and is reportedly "not doing well."

Crockett Sports Promotions wrote on their Facebook page, “Jim Crockett Jr. is in the hospital and not doing well. We will keep you posted.”

Jim Crockett Jr. is 76 years of age and owned a pro wrestling company called Jim Crockett Promotions, a pro wrestling company affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), between 1977 and 1989. On November 1988, Jim Crockett Jr. would then sell his company to Ted Turner, who transformed it into World Championship Wrestling [WCW]. Crockett Jr. would remain NWA President until 1991.

After leaving the professional wrestling business in the mid 90s, Crockett Jr. reportedly worked as a realtor and mortgage loan originator. Updates will be provided on Crockett Jr.'s health as it becomes available.
