Matt Cardona (F.K.A Zack Ryder in the WWE) recently started a web series on his YouTube channel known as Z! True Long Island Story. The web series became so popular to the point that the WWE took control of the series, but fans felt that when the WWE did that, the web series didn't have the magic and the lusted it used to have.
It looks like Matt Cardona will be bringing back his popular web series as this past January 11th, he filed to trademark “Major Pod Network” and “MC! True Long Island Story” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO), with the help of Atty. Michael E. Dockins, who has helped wrestlers in the past with their trademarks as well.
Below is the use description Matt Cardona submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office:
“G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”, as well as “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of professional wrestling, sports entertainment, action figures, and pop culture; Entertainment services, namely, providing video podcasts in the field of professional wrestling, sports entertainment, action figures, and pop culture; Production of podcasts.”
