It was previously announced that ROH is set to hold their second PPV Event under the ownership of AEW President and CEO Tony Khan tonight, July 23 from inside the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. As of this writing, eleven matchups have already been made official for the ROH Death Before Dishonor PPV Event.
It was announced that ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe will defend his championship against Jay Lethal in a standard ROH World TV Title Match, ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta will put his title on the line against Daniel Garcia, ROH World Tag Team Champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) will put their ROH World Tag Team Titles on the line against The Briscoes (Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe) in a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Matchup, ROH Women's World Champion Mercedes Martinez will put her ROH Women's World Title on the line against Serena Deeb, ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham will put his championship on the line against Claudio Castagnoli, ROH World 6-Man Tag Team Champions The Righteous (Dutch, Bateman and Vincent) will defend their titles against Dalton Castle and The Boys and Willow Nightingale will face Allysin Kay in Women's Division Singles action.
It was reported by Authors Of Wrestling that four more matches have been added to tonight's ROH Death Before Dishonor PPV Event and those matches are Colt Cabana vs. Anthony Henry in Singles action, RUSH vs. Dragon Lee also in Singles action, the Trustbusters (Ari and Slim J) vs. the Shinobi Shadow Squad (World Famous CB and Eli Isom) in a Tag Team Matchup and Brian Cage and the Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Kaun) vs. Tony Deppen, Alex Zayne and Blake Christian in 6-Man Tag Team action.
