Gable Steveson Seemingly Reveals When He Will Make His WWE Debut

Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson signed a multi-year contract with the WWE this past September as part of the first-ever exclusive NIL program and has since been drafted to the RAW brand during their 2021 WWE Draft this past October, but he has yet to make his official debut with the WWE, though that could change soon.

Shortly after becoming a two-time NCAA Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, Gable Steveson took to Twitter and wrote, “Dear Wrestling, Thank you. ❤️,” which seemingly is a way of showing him saying goodbye to amateur wrestling. The Olympic Gold Medalist then took to Twitter once again and wrote, "Also, I will be at #WrestleMania.. It’s time!!," but he would quickly delete the tweet, presumably to keep his WWE WrestleMania 38 debut a surprise.

A report from F4WOnline.com noted this past October that WWE was planning a big WrestleMania 38 debut for Steveson, though it is unknown if he had been training for his WWE debut during his final year in college even after the WWE had plans to set up a remote training facility for him near the University of Minnesota campus, where Steveson would work with several WWE coaches to learn the WWE style of in-ring action. Gable Steveson, who will end his amateur wrestling career with a record of 85-2, will be officially starting his WWE contract once he graduates from the University of Minnesota in May.
