However, it appears the absence will be short-lived as the WrestleVotes X account is reporting that Gunther is expected back on next week's episode of WWE Raw. It remains unclear what storyline or program he will be involved with next but either way, it won't be long until that is uncovered.
Following his IC title loss to Sami Zayn at WM, Gunther is scheduled to return to TV this Monday on RAW.
