The Ultimate Warrior's reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion has nothing on the current reign by "The Ring General."
GUNTHER appeared on the latest installment of "WWE's The Bump" and made it clear that he viewed the late Ultimate Warrior as a "showman," whereas he is a true athlete.
"Those are the real dark ages," GUNTHER said. "He’s a showman. He’s not an athlete, not a professional wrestler, he’s a showman."
The Imperium leader continued, "Now, everybody knows why I have to be the one to keep this title for the longest time in history to wash its reputation clean and set it to a new standard."
