Huge Change Made To WWE Title Match At WrestleMania Backlash

A huge change was made to the WWE Championship match at the upcoming WrestleMania Backlash PPV Event. Immediately following the main event of last night's RAW episode, Braun Strowman was added to the WWE Title Match at WrestleMania Backlash to now make it into a Triple Threat Match with Drew McIntyre and the Almighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.

Earlier in the broadcast, the issues between Strowman and McIntyre continued, first when they lost to T-BAR and MACE in a Tag Team Match via count out, which was a rematch of last week’s Tag Match, which they lost as well. Things would then get physical and personal between Drew and Strowman, which would then lead to McIntyre demanding a Singles Match against Braun Strowman from WWE official Adam Pearce. Pearce would then make the match, but "The Monster Among Men" would confront him and demand to be put in the WWE Title Match at WrestleMania Backlash if he could beat McIntyre.

Strowman would then defeat McIntyre in the main event of RAW, which saw interference from T-BAR, MVP, MACE and the Almighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley. Due to Strowman's win, the WWE Championship Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania Backlash was made official.

The WrestleMania Backlash PPV is set to take place on Sunday, May 16th from inside WWE ThunderDome at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.
