Huge Gimmick Match Made Official For This Saturday's WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event

Last night's episode of WWE RAW featured the 20th anniversary celebration of Rey Mysterio, who is one of the greatest luchadors and WWE Superstars of all time. The celebration would be interrupted by The Judgement Day's Finn Balor and Damian Priest, which would lead to Rey and Dominik Mysterio picking up a huge win in a Tag Team Match.

Rhea Ripley would then make her WWE Monday Night RAW return by interrupting the backstage celebration of Rey Mysterio with his family and she would even push his daughter Aalyah when she told Rhea Ripley to leave the room. Ripley then pulled Dominik Mysterio out to a hall-way by his hair as Rey followed, but Damian Priest and Finn Balor were waiting in the wings to lay waste to Rey Mysterio. Priest would then put Rey through a table with a powerbomb.

A segment would then take place later in the broadcast that saw Damian Priest and Finn Balor lure Rey Mysterio's son Dominik away from his father, while backstage officials were checking on his injuries. Rhea Ripley then appeared from the side and superkicked Rey’s arm and even mocked Rey Mysterio, while he was down. WWE then later confirmed that The Mysterios (Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio) is going to face The Judgment Day (Damian Priest and Finn Balor) in a No DQ Match at WWE SummerSlam.

The 2022 WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event will take place on Saturday, July 30 inside Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee.
