Huge Title Match Set To Take Place On The October 18 Episode Of AEW Dynamite

The main event of this past Wednesday's Grand Slam episode of AEW Dynamite saw Jon Moxley defeat "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson to become the new and first-ever three-time AEW World Champion. A TV Taping would then take place immediately following last Wednesday's Grand Slam AEW Dynamite for later tonight's Grand Slam AEW Rampage, where "Hangman" Adam Page would walk out of a AEW Grand Slam Golden Ticket Battle Royale the winner to earn a title shot at the new AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.

AEW President and CEO Tony Khan revealed during a post-AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam statement that newly-crowned AEW World Champion Jon Moxley will put his AEW World Title on the line against β€œHangman” Adam Page on the October 18th episode of AEW Dynamite. The October 18 episode of AEW Dynamite is set to be the Tuesday Night Dynamite episode from Jon Moxley’s hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio as the MLB Playoffs coverage will be pre-empting AEW Dynamite that week and if the ALCS series goes to a Game 6, then the October 26th episode of AEW Dynamite will also be pre-empted.
