- Bully Ray opens up the show and looks back on No Surrender, where he threw hot coffee in Tommy Dreamer’s face during the first-ever LIVE edition of Busted Open. On social media, a fired-up Dreamer challenged Bully to a Busted Open Match at Sacrifice but Bully Ray claims that he will be unable to compete. Director of Authority Santino Marella then interrupts and announces that Tommy Dreamer will be cleared by Sacrifice, making the Busted Open Match official. Bhupinder Gujjar, who has stood of up for Tommy Dreamer in recent weeks, then challenges Bully Ray to a match right here and right now.

- Bhupinder Gujjar def. Bully Ray via DQ in a Singles Match. After the match, Tommy Dreamer makes his way down to the ring and attacks Bully Ray but out of nowhere, Masha Slamovich hits Tommy Dreamer with a low blow. IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Mickie James then makes her way out next as she hits Bully Ray in the back with a kendo stick. A brawl then breaks out between James and Slamovich as she holds the ring with Dreamer and Gujjar.

- PCO then wanders the Las Vegas desert where he was buried and dares Eddie Edwards to fight him.

- IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander then asks Rich Swann to be one of his partners in the 6-Man Tag Team Match against Time Machine at Sacrifice. - Rhino def. Callihan in a Singles Match.

- IMPACT X-Division Champion Trey Miguel then confronts Santino Marella and Dirty Dango about not being booked for a match at No Surrender. Kelly then says that she makes her own destiny but Wilde fires back and chooses it for her. Wilde then reveals The Tower card which represents massive change, upheaval, destruction and chaos. Out of nowhere, KiLynn King blindsides Killer Kelly with a steel chair to the back. Wilde then calls the shots as King drives Kelly into the mat with brutal force.

- We then head backstage, where IMPACT Knockouts World Tag Team Champions the Death Dollz offer their assistance to Killer Kelly but she turns it down. Taylor Wilde and KiLynn King then interrupt, challenging the Death Dollz to an IMPACT Knockouts World Tag Team Title match. The Death Dollz agree under one condition and that is if they win, Wilde must stop practicing dark magic.
