A report was made by RedLeafRetrocast that Indie Star Megan Bayne revealed during last Sunday’s IWTV/WWR Galentine’s Day Event that she will be out of in-ring action for up to 9 months as she suffered a full tear of her ACL. Megan Bayne was originally scheduled to face Jody Threat in Singles action, but Ashton Starr was named as Bayne's replacement.
Bayne was trained by pro wrestling legend Al Snow and made her pro wrestling debut in a dark tag team match in Ohio Valley Wrestling in 2017. She has since been competing on the independent scene and she has also competed in All Elite Wrestling numerous times, mostly as a competitor on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation. Bayne last competed for All Elite Wrestling at their latest set of tapings, where she took on Tiffany Nieves in a Women’s Division Singles Match.
