Ivar is dealing with a serious injury.
As noted, one-half of The Viking Raiders is out of action due to injury, which WWE noted came at the hands of Gallus following their attack on this week's episode of WWE NXT.
The injury forced Ivar out of the ongoing WWE Speed Championship Contender Tournament, and forced the WWE Superstar to undergo surgery.
Earlier today, we noted that Andrews Sports Medicine made a post on their official X account noting that Ivar will be working with them to overcome a spinal injury.
"Thank you Ivar for trusting in Dr. Andrew Cordover and his team to help you achieve #VictoryOverInjury," the post, which included a photo of Ivar with the surgeon, read.
In an update, Ivar has surfaced on social media to confirm the seriousness of the injury, and to clarify that he has not yet undergone surgery.

Yes it is very serious
No I have not had surgeryStill trying to figure out all options and what this means for my future.
That being said, I Want to thank everyone for the out pouring of love and support, not only after finding out I was injured but thru out the last several months, I have heard you all!
No matter what happens, I owe it to everyone who ever believed in me to do everything I can to get back in that ring, under those lights, and infront of the most amazing fans on the planet, see you ass soon as I can!
