Jazwares Reportedly Lays Off Entire Team Behind The AEW Figure Line

Wrestling action figure collector Kyle Peterson announced in his latest YouTube video that Jazwares has ended its partnership with AEW, resulting in the layoffs of the entire team working on the AEW product line.

This is what Kyle Peterson said, “If you’re a fan of AEW and Jazwares, late Friday, I got word that unfortunately the entire AEW Jazwares team over there at Jazwares were laid off on Friday.”

The two companies have collaborated for six years, with AEW announcing the partnership in February 2020. The first products from this collaboration were part of the Unrivaled collection, which was launched in August.

Since then, the toy company has introduced several other toy lines, including the Vault, Supreme, and Unmatched collections. Neither company has publicly commented on the situation, and there is currently no information about whether AEW will switch to a different company for its action figures.
