While McDonagh was involved in a scary looking spot where he hit a Moonsault but landed neck first on the edge of the announce table, Bryan Alvarez of f4wonline.com reports that it was a rib injury that sent him to the medical facility.
-- While details of when the rib injury occurred are unclear, the situation above could have turned extremely bad (video below) but McDonagh was checked out by doctor during a commercial break and was cleared to resume wrestling in the match.
