According to PW Insider, WWE superstar Jeff Hardy's is scheduled for Moore County Court in North Carolina on April 6th, one day after this year's WrestleMania from Tampa Florida. The hearing is in relation to his arrest this past October, where Hardy was pulled over for driving while impaired. Reports were that he admitted to having a fight with his wife, which resulted in some dry blood under his nose. After failing a sobriety test, Hardy was uncooperative when asked to take a breathalyzer or provide a blood sample.
Hardy's license has since been revoked. He continues to remain absent from WWE television as he heals his leg injury.
