-- TMZ released footage today of Jeff Hardy's arrest and at one point, all three officers on the scene drew out their guns before Hardy finally made his way out of the vehicle. The video shows officers stopping Hardy's white Dodge Charger on the freeway and shout orders at him. When Hardy didn't immediately comply, they pulled out their weapons but fortunately, Hardy opened his car door and the officers were able to get him out with any further incident. Court records show that Hardy then blew 0.294 and 0.291 through a breathalyzer and wasn't able to successfully complete field sobriety tests (part of the video also shows Hardy struggling to stand still). Officers then arrested and took him into custody before formally levying three charges against him, including one that is a felony.
