This past January 4th, WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett filed several new trademarks for the “Slapnutz” term with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for a number of food items, including protein bars and supplements, nut-based snacks, cookies and popcorn. The WWE Hall of Famer also filed to trademark the “Slapnutz” term for entertainment services.
Last July 23rd, 2021, Jarrett first filed to trademark the “Slapnutz” term with the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) for merchandising. “Slapnutz” is a catchphrase made famous by WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett.
