John Cena has a lot to be thankful for in 2023.
When he took to social media on Thanksgiving on Thursday, "The Greatest Of All-Time" actually gave thanks for one specific WWE Superstar.
"The Viper."
Cena, fresh off of his latest WWE run that wrapped up with his loss to Solo Sikoa at WWE Crown Jewel 2023 earlier this month, reflected back on coming up in the business alongside Randy Orton in OVW.
"Cannot celebrate this day without being thankful for all the people who helped and grew along the way," Cena's post, which included a video of himself and Orton in OVW, began. "Truly thankful for my time in OVW and Randy Orton during those years. Take a look back at our final match in OVW! Happy Thanksgiving!"
As noted, Orton is scheduled to make his own return to WWE on Saturday as part of the WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series 2023 alongside Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, as they battle The Judgment Day & Drew McIntyre at AllState Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
