AEW superstar Jon Moxley cut a promo ahead of tonight's episode of Dynamite from Philadelphia, where the former WWE champion angrily tells his opponent Shawn Spears, as well as the rest of the AEW locker room, that it's "his turn."
Where I come from...if you don't even show up to the fight then you forfeit your right to talk trash. If you don't event make the walk, then you don't have the right to say anything about anything. In Chicago...I didn't make the walk. So for six weeks I've sat back and listened to everybody in the world say whatever they want about me, about my health. They want to call me damaged goods. Seems like every punk ass in this industry has an opinion. They want to talk a big game, they want to type a big game about the things they're going to do to me in the ring while I'm laid up in a hospital. Tully Blanchard wants to act like he knows a damn thing about me. Shawn Spears says he's going to take me out.
I gave you six weeks. I gave you all six weeks. You all had your fun. You all had your turn. Now it's my turn.
Moxley goes on berate Spears and his manager Tully Blanchard, promising to use his surgically repaired elbow to inflict damage during their bout. Check it out below.
