Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows in Heavy Negotiations With IMPACT Wrestling

-- Since being released from their lucrative WWE contracts back in April, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows have remained free agents with NJPW, AEW and IMPACT Wrestling being mentioned as possible destinations. A report from prowrestlingsheet.com suggests that IMPACT might have a leg up on everyone else as the duo is close to finalizing a contract with the promotion. According to their sources, IMPACT has been "heavily pursuing" Gallows and Anderson in order to secure their services for next month's Slammiversary PPV, in which the company already teased their arrival in a promotional video.

-- The contracts offers put forth by IMPACT to the tag team are said to be "incredibly strong deals" that would also allow both to work with New Japan once they are able to do that from a legal and logistics perspective. Impact VP Scott D'Amore has close ties with both wrestlers which lends even more credence to an eventual signing. Gallows and Anderson signed extremely lucrative WWE contracts less than a year ago but were casualties of WWE's cuts in April and remain under a non-compete clause until July 15. With Slammiversary on July 18, that would give them and IMPACT three days to make any potential announcement.
