The co-main event of last night's TakeOver: Stand And Deliver Night Two saw Karrion Kross defeat Finn Balor to become the brand-new NXT Champion. This is Karrion's second time to become the NXT Champion, but his first title reign was cut short due to an injury. Balor became the NXT Champion back at Super Tuesday II on September 8th by defeating Adam Cole.
