As noted, a wrestler was knocked unconscious after getting hit unexpectedly in the back of the head with a brick at a wrestling event in Puerto Rico.
Cuervo was knocked out at the Lucha Memes / Lucha Libre Boom co-promoted event in Puerto Rico when Angel o Demonio threw a cinder block from inside the ring that hit him in the back of the head from behind outside of the ring when he wasn't looking.

Following the coverage this incident received, WWE Hall Of Famers Kurt Angle and Bubba Ray Dudley took to social media to share their thoughts on the subject. It should come as no surprise as respected veterans of the business, both Angle and Bubba aren't happy with the level of professionalism that Angel o Demonio showed.
