WWE Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle recently took to his The Angle Show and talked about the most basic wrestling bump he is afraid to take. According to Kurt, he never liked to take a backwards bump over the top rope like so many other talents do in a Royal Rumble Match as such a bump for him is just the worse.
Angle said, “No, I’m a wuss.” “I’m afraid to go backward over top of the rope. I always have to turn my head over. I was always scared of doing it, I never really learned how. Going over the top rope isn’t high enough to go backward, I know I’m going to do a full flip off a cage.”
Kurt Angle then said he would love to have a match with none other than fellow WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart.
Angle said, “Bret Hart without a doubt.” “I would love to go one go with Bret Hart. It would have to be a 60 minute Iron Man Match, the longer the better. I want it with Bret, book it.”
