Top WWE SmackDown Superstar LA Knight has been a crowd favorite as of late and the WWE Universe wants Knight to receive a big push and win a singles championship in the company, but Knight was almost let go by the company last year when he was part of the Maximum Male Models, though since Knight reverted back to his "LA Knight" gimmick, things have turned around for him most especially under the creative leadership of Triple H.
According to PWTorch.com, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has grown to be a fan of LA Knight, while Triple H has already been a fan of his since Knight's NXT days and even though Knight is in line for a major push, it could be derailed because of his reputation for rubbing some people the wrong way in WWE and his being bad at backstage politics. It was also indicated on the report that Knight is on his way to getting a high-level push because of how he has connected with the live crowd, but if for some reason his push gets derailed, then it is because of his backstage behavior.
