Drink more water. Write down what's wrong & 5 ways you can fix it. Don't just sit there complaining...tired, out of shape & munching on cheetos while your energy levels drop, your weight rises & your depression creeps into your soul. #MentalStrength #GetUp #MakeAPlan."
When a fan asked Evans if she ever considered writing a book on mental strength and motivation, she had this to say: "Absolutely. Life is fkng hard. And there are ways to make the bad into good and keep a positive mindset. I plan to start the book this year." Check out the exchange below.
