According to PWInsider, Judge Sarah F. Russell of the United States District Court of Connecticut has made a ruling in the lawsuit filed by Janel Grant against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The judge has allowed Grant to file an amended complaint, which has been updated to 101 pages.
While Grant's new claims include some facts that she knew or should have known when filing the initial complaint, Judge Russell didn't find her amendments to be in bad faith. However, the judge has agreed to delay discovery until the arbitration issue is resolved.
The defendants, including McMahon, have until June 11 to file a motion to compel arbitration. Grant will have until July 11 to respond.
