-- Sasha Banks and Naomi continue to be suspended from WWE and it doesn't appear as if the situation between the two sides is expected to be resolved anytime soon. Along with the suspension, WWE has pulled all their merchandise from their online store, deactivated company run social media pages and canceled all travel plans. Fightfulselect.com reports that there hasn't been much, or perhaps even any, communication between WWE and the women.
-- On another note, Dave Meltzer reported in his latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that not only did WWE suspend the two wrestlers, but they were not getting paid and were getting their contracts frozen too. One source noted that it doesn't seem likely that WWE would freeze the contracts and also not pay them as it would usually be one or the other. As for the women's tag team titles that were subsequently vacated when Banks and Naomi decided to go home, WWE officials initially did not want to vacate the championship but quickly realized that was the only logical decision to make, likely when it became known that this would not end in a quick resolution.
