The Going Ringside podcast caught up with her for a very brief chat where she was asked how the McMahon family is doing given the up-and-down year they have endured. Linda was predictably brief, simply stating "We’re all doing great. Thank you. Doing great." Linda is the the chair of the Trump-aligned America First Policy Institute, is a significant donor for Trump's 2024 Presidential campaign and served in his cabinet during his presidency.
-- Jinder Mahal posted to X yesterday indicating that his 90-day non-compete clause is now over and thus, he is effectively a free agent not only legally able to sign with any other wrestling promotion but to also appear on TV immediately.
-- A quick reminder that WWE will tape next week's episode of Friday Night Smackdown tonight alongside the live episode. This is because next weekend the promotion heads to Japan for live events, making it much more feasible for them to tape the 7/26 show.
