QUICK BULLET POINT NOTES:
-- In regards to her return she feels "awesome" and says she never thought this would be her life at this point
-- says she was just having fun training for the Royal Rumble and that she wanted to make the most of it
-- ahead of the Royal Rumble she said she was training intensely " I was training pretty intensely and getting a lot of ring time in."
-- Once she found out she would be in the match with Becky, she refocused her training. "Getting my cardio good, rope running. I've been focusing on watching Becky's matches, and figuring out how to get out of all her moves, and reversals and everything while brushing up on my stuff, but I am having fun with it."
-- She's been training with Hoodslam
-- Lita was asked to stick around and wrestle Becky Lynch right after her Royal Rumble match

LITA ON THE TRAINING SHE HAS BEEN DOING AND WANTING TO PLEASE ALL GENERATIONS OF WWE FANS

"There's the fans that grew up with me, and then there's their kids or you know current fans. I want both generations to be equally excited to watch my match. I want to feel good about my match. But I also think there is this magic from the time I've been away from the ring not getting beat up at all and just kinda living this really active but healthy lifestyle and then combining that with the old Lita, that comes back a lot quicker than I thought it would, once I get in the ring I am liken, 'oh I know how to do this.' Or I am tentatively walking through something in the first go around, and by the second time I am right back at it. It just really feels right."

LITA SAYS THAT FAN SUPPORT HAS BEEN PARAMOUNT IN SQUASHING AWAY ANY ANXIETY AND DOUBTS SHE HAS

"The reaction from the fans and the support from the fans, they have been amazing at just squashing any doubt or anxiety that I can do this in my head. I didn't realize that I needed that or that I reacted so strongly to that. I consider myself like 'I Know what I want. I know what I need. I'll go after that.' But that doesn't mean it's not scary sometimes or that I don't have doubts....They have been paramount with my confidence, and this is so cheesy but it's so true, I feel like 'we're gonna go get this championship, like let's go do this thing.' I feel like it's for anyone that has been a fan before, anyone that is a fan now and never got to see me wrestle... "

LITA ON HOW RONDA ROUSEY'S PRESENCE IN WWE FEELS "BIG"

"She feels big.... to see Ronda out there, she brings pop culture, larger than just the WWE because of her huge success in UFC and boundaries she broke in UFC kinda combines those two industries into one mega attraction and you feel that with her presence."

LITA ON BEING A WOMEN GOING TO PERFORM IN SAUDI ARABIA, SAYS HER AND BECKY LYNCH ON A BILLBOARD, FIRST TIME EVER FOR WOMEN

"Yeah so when the relationship with WWE and Saudi Arabia, I was one of the detractors 'going wait a minute, if we're focusing so much on bringing women's wrestling up, why is this relationship being formed? Women can't even wrestle. So I was going hey, hey, hey' But here we are and not have there been women wrestling for the first time in Saudi Arabia, the representation of women on this pay-per-view specifically with having the Elimination Chamber, and the women's title match, and by the way Becky and I are on a billboard in Saudi Arabia for the first time, two women, well any women.... I have spoken to the women that have wrestled over there and they said it's incredible, there's like tears in the eyes of these Saudi women that never thought they would be able to see two women be so powerful. So since Royal Rumble there have been so many full circle moments for me personally and so to be a trailblazer on that front-end of my career, and to have a tiny part of this progression as well in Saudi Arabia, I am honored and it feels really special to be able to be asked to be part of it.... I want any new experience I can get, put me on everything I just wanna see and talk to as many people as I possibly can and soak in as much as I can of somebody else's culture."
