Ahead of his WWE Universal Championship defense against AJ Styles in the main event of today's WWE Backlash: France premium live event, Cody Rhodes took to social media to point out how the bout will be a historic one because of the third person in the ring.
"Wanted to mention this after the contract signing, (and forgive me if I’m wrong but I don’t think I am…) It’ll also be the VERY FIRST PLE Main Event for The Undisputed WWE Title officiated by a woman," Rhodes wrote via X on Saturday morning.
