Major WWE Executive Reportedly Leaving Company Later This Month

-- In a memo issued today by WWE President Nick Khan to company employees, it was announced that Frank A. Riddick, WWE's Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer, will be leaving the organization at the end of this month. This marks the first known departure of a WWE executive following the acquisition of WWE by Endeavor and its subsequent merger with UFC under the new parent company TKO Holdings.

-- Frank A. Riddick had served on the WWE Board of Directors for more than 13 years, with a direct reporting line to Vince McMahon prior to the Endeavor acquisition. His journey within WWE included taking on the role of Interim CFO during the pandemic, later succeeding Kristina Salen, and ultimately advancing to his current position in July 2022.

-- Before the merger, Riddick's responsibilities encompassed a wide range of areas, including financial planning & analysis, strategy, controllership, investor relations, tax management, data analytics, technology, event logistics, and facilities management.

-- Notably, Riddick was awarded a post-acquisition bonus of $5 million, as reported yesterday, underscoring his significant contributions during the transitional period. For those interested, the memo read:

"After over thirteen years on our Board of Directors and almost two years after joining WWE full time as our CFO and serving as President/CFO, Frank Riddick will be leaving WWE post the TKO close at the end of this month.

Frank is a highly respected colleague, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside him. We are grateful for his counsel, support and dedicated years of service and wish him only continued success moving forward.

Nick Khan"
