The tweet - seen below - suggests that the plan as of earlier this month was for John Cena to make his return at the PPV, obviously to begin setting up what the scheduled match against Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. Whether this happens tonight or not, it's pretty clear that Cena is set to return imminently.
