It’s the second show for the reborn Maple Leaf Wrestling coming from St. Clair College in Windsor Ontario, Canada. Our commentary team is Mauro Ranallo and Don Callis.
Rohan Raja (PWA Grail Champion), Rohit Raju, and Rocky Romero vs Aiden Prince, Kushida, and Kevin Knight
Prince and Raju start with arm bars and Prince sweeps the leg. They run the ropes and Raju then sweeps the leg. Prince gets a tejaris and then he tags in Kushida. Rocky tags in and Kushida gets an arm drag. Kushida and Knight tag in and out to work over Rocky’s arm. They do a double knee drop onto Rocky’s arms. Rocky gets a kick in the corner and Kushida is brought into Rocky's corner. Raja gets a body slam on Kushida. He grabs a surfboard stretch and Kushida works to his feet to reverse it.
Raja reverses back and Kushida reverses into a roll up for one. Knight tags in and gets an uppercut. Raja gets a sidewalk slam and Prince gets in the ring and takes a brain buster from Raja. Raja gets a backstabber on Knight. From here, Raja’s team works over Knight with quick tags.
Eventually, Knight gets a back elbow in the corner and dives through Raju’s legs to get the hot tag to Prince, who runs wild. Prince ends his flurry with a Michinoku Driver on Raju for two. Prince goes to the top and he is pushed off the top. Prince is able to get a swinging neckbreaker on Raju and both men are down. Rocky and Kushida are tagged in and they run the ropes which sets off the tag team alarm. Kushida and Knight double team Rocky.
Knight is sent to the floor and Rocky tags in Raja and his team hit the endless clotheslines. Raja power bombs Kushida, and everyone else dives into them to break up the pin. Raju misses a double stomp. Prince charges into Raju and Raja runs into Prince. Prince slides out of the ring and Knight gets a double springboard clothesline front he top on Raja and Rocky.
Kushida and Knight hit Perfect Timing on Raju for the pin and the win.

Classy Ali (QPW Qatar Champion) vs. El Reverso.
Ali forces them to the corner and they break clean. They lock up again and Reverso forces them to the corner, but they come back to the middle of the ring and run the ropes. Ali gets a side headlock and then he gets a shoulder tackle. Ali can’t get a hip toss, so he goes for a go behind rollup for two. Reverso gets a small package for two and Ali rolls to the floor to regroup.
Reverso chases Ali out of the ring and when he returns to the ring, Ali stomps on him and hits a slam and a drop-kick, followed with a flying clothesline for two. Ali hits a vertical suplex and covers for two. Ali slams Reverso again and Reverso is able to get Ali tied to the Tree of Woe and stands on his swimsuit area. Reverso gets a two count. Reverso charges at Ali in the corner, but Ali dodges. Ali drags him across the top rope. Ali then works over Reverso in the corner.
Reverso is tied in the Tree of Woe and he counters by getting a sliced bread from that position. When they recover, they throw hands and Ali puts Reverso on the top. Reverso knocks Ali to the mat and then hits an avalanche moonsault for the pin and the win.
Winner and NEW QPW Qatar Champion: El Reverso
In the back, Raja is complaining about his loss and blames it on Rocky and Raju. He then says he will defend the title on December 21st at Oceana Pro Wrestling.
Laynie Luck and Harley Cameron vs Miyu Yamashita and Kylie Rae
Miyu and Harley start the match. Harley then demands Luck start the match and they argue as Rae gets in the ring. Harley stays in to face Rae. Harley gets a snap mare and Rae responds with a rollup for one and then an arm drag and holds on. They run the ropes and Rae gets a shoulder tackle for two and grabs the arm bar again.
Miyu tags in and she and Rae work a double arm bar. Miyu gets a cover for two and Harley tags in Luck. Luck stalls before calling for the greco roman knuckle lock and Miyu catches the sneaky kick and Myiu then takes her down with a kick. Rae tags in and she and Miyu charge into Luck in the corner. Rae gets a cannonball for two.
Rae is whipped into the ropes and Harley kicks her in the back. Luck covers Rae for two and Harley tags in. They work over Rae in their cover with quick tags and double teams. Rae gets a flying head scissors takedown to get to her corner and Harley is tagged in. Miyu runs wild on Harley. Luck is able to stop Miyu by grabbing a full nelson from the outside and Luck gets in the ring and they whip Miyu into the corner, but Miyu shrugs it off and nails kicks on both Luck and Harley.
Miyu covers Harley for two. Harley gets a series of kicks and Luck tags in and hits an inside out suplex for one. Luck tries to beat down Miyu, but that just annoys her and she grabs a German suplex with a release. Rae is able to superkick Harley, who tried to interfere. Luck hits Rae with a superkick and Miyu is able to nail Luck with a skull kick for the pin and their win.
Winners: Miyu Yamashita and Kylie Rae
We then get a promo from Josh Alexander in the back.
Jake Something vs Trevor Lee vs Stu Grayson vs Psycho Mike Rollins vs Sheldon Jean vs Alex Zayne
This is a six-man scramble, so….bullet points
All six men start fighting at the bell and we are left with Jake just running through whoever is the ring.
Jean attacks Jake from behind and then gets a leg lariat on Jake.
Lee takes Jake’s place and gets a Manhattan drop and the big kick.
Rollins is next in and he is NOT able to get the body slam.
Zayne knocks Lee from the ring and takes out Rollins
Stu gets in the ring and he and Zayne trade chops, run the ropes until Stu gets a frankensteiner, and then a drop-kick and a dive onto Zayne on the floor.
Jake beats people down at ringside.
Rollins and Jean are in the ring running the ropes.
Jake pulls Jean out of the ring, but Jake is run into the ringpost and then fireman’s carry into the post again.
Jean gets in the ring and Stu tries to get in, and Jean knocks him down when Stu jumps to the top rope
Jean beats down Rollins on the mat. Lee gets in the ring and is able to get a few strikes before he is whipped hard into the corner.
Jean beats down Rolls on the mat again and then gets a rear chinlock followed by hammer and anvil elbows.
Zayne gets in the ring and Jean gives him a big boot
Jean struts and Rollins comes up behind him and gets a ripcord pickup, but Jean escapes the body slam.
Lee gets an insigiri on Jean,
Stu and Jake get belly to back suplexes on Zayne and Jean
All four of those men brawl in the ring and Jake and Stu get belly to belly suplexes again
Stu and Jake face off and Stu keeps firing shots and Jake tries for choke slams.
Stu gets an insigiri, but Jake follows up with a forearm.
Stu is able to get a brain buster, and Lee gets a flurry on both of them as well as Zayne
Lee hits an Orange Crush on Rollins on the apron
Lee goes to the top, is cut off by Stu and they fight on top.
Zayne gets a dragonrana on Stu off of Lee’s back and then gets a German suplex on Stu, covering for two and broken up by Jean
Jean gets a big boot and then a falcon arrow for two
Jake gets in the ring and gets a chokeslam on Jake.
Stu gets a torture rack on Jake into a backbreaker. Rollins is the only man standing.
Everyone takes a body slam from Rollins
Rollins body slams people into a pile and lays on top of the pile, broken up by Jake
Jake tosses Stu into people on the floor
Zayne dumps Jake and Rollins sneaks in for the rollup for the pin and the win

Speedball Mike Bailey vs. El Phantasmo
They run the ropes with quick takedowns and get a double kip up before pausing. They fight in the ropes and this moves to throwing hands. Bailey gets the kick flurry and ELP goes to the floor. ELP gets in the ring and then climbs the ropes and he then takes Bailey down with a spinning back breaker. ELP slams Bailey again and does jumping jacks. ELP takes him down again and ELP does push ups. ELP lays in stomps.
ELP kicks Bailey hard into the corner and then stomps him down there. ELP then lays in blows. Bailey reverses a whip to the corner and Bailey follows up with a missile drop kick. Bailey gets a series of kicks and then misses a running shooting star. ELP lays in kicks and then tries for a back breaker, but Bailey gets a hurricanrana for two. ELP rolls through for two and Bailey gets a PK. Bailey goes for a standing moonsault, but ELP gets the knees up.
Both men take time to recover. ELP pulls Bailey up and nails him with a hard strike. They throw hands, moving to slap until both men are down again. Bailey is selling the leg he hurt on the moonsault. Bailey gets a crane kick and then a series of further kicks. He puts ELP on top, but ELP counters the takedown. ELP gets an airplane spin slam. Bailey rolls to the floor.
ELP dives onto Bailey and rolls him into the ring. Bailey dives onto ELP. Bailey goes to the top and ELP gets an insigiri, knocking Bailey to the floor. Bailey gets a springboard moonsault onto ELP on the floor. They take time to recover and get back in the ring at 8.
ELP is rolled into the ring and Bailey goes to the top. Bailey misses an Ultimo Weapon and ELP gets a springboard crossbody. Bailey goes to the floor and ELP hits a tornado DDT on the floor. Bailey is rolled into the ring and ELP gets a springboard swanton, and then a lionsault for two. Bailey gets a PK with his bad leg. He then hits a standing moonsault onto ELP’s back. Bailey goes to the top, misses the Ultimo Weapon misses again, and ELP gets the CR2 for two.
ELP gets a pair of kicks for two. ELP goes to the top for Thunder Kiss 86 for two. ELP climbs the ropes and Bailey kicks him off the ropes and tries for a moonsault, but ELP dodges and Bailey lands on the apron, knees first.
ELP goes to the top for a moonsault from the post to the floor. Bailey is rolled into the ring and ELP misses a dive from the top. Bailey gets a tornado kick. Bailey gets the flamingo driver for the pin and the win.
Winner: Mike Bailey
That was an incredible match. Great spots, Bailey sold like a champ, and the story they told was a high level roller coaster. Bailey is just incredible in the ring and should be a much bigger star.
Bully Ray and QT Marshall w/Harley Cameron vs Raj Dhesi and Bhupinder Gujjar.
QT says Bully kicked him out of his school for being selfish and now he’s selfish enough to team with Bully. Harley then does Bully’s “Do you know who I am?” and leaves. Bully asks what happened here and QR shakes his head.
Bully and Raj start the match and Bully spends time antagonizing the fans. Before they lock up, Bully tags QT. QT and Raj lock up and go to the corner. When they break, they throw hands in the corner. Raj gets an arm drag followed by a scoop slam. Gujjar is tagged in and Raj slams him on QT for two.
They run the ropes and Gujjar gets a drop-kick. Gujjar whips QT into the corner where he and Raj work him over. Gujjar tags back in and trips QT and covers for two. Gujjar is whipped to QT’s corner and after Bully yells at him, Gujjar gives him a back elbow. Gujjar gets a big boot on QT, but Bully trips him and pulls Gujjar crotch first into the ring post.
Gujjar is kept in QT’s corner with quick tags. Gujjar finally gets a jawbreaker and gets to the corner, but QT pulls Raj off the apron.
Bully has been running his mouth the whole time, antagonizing the crowd old school. I love it.
Bully lays in a lot of blows until Gujjar gets an insigiri and both men are down. Both teams make the tag and Raj runs wild on QT. Bully tries to charge into him, and Raj dodges so that he runs into QT. Ray gets the Sands of Time for two. Ray is knocked to his corner and Gujjar gets a ripcord. Gujjar goes to the top and Bully knocks him to the mat. Gujjar and QT go over the top to the floor. Bully gets in the face of Scott D’Amore’s mom. She is pulled aside by Darrin McCarty who holds Bully for Momma D’Amore to slap him.
Bully is rolled into the ring when he gets a scoop slam on Gujjar. He holds Gujjar for the headbutt to the swimsuit area and Harley goes up top. Gujjar reverses it and Raj pushes her off the top into Bully’s crotch, and they both scream and freak out. Bully rolls to the floor and QT takes a big boot and Gujjar gets the Gargoyle spear from the top for the pin and the win.
Winners: Raj Dhesi and Bhupinder Gujjar.
In the back, Mackenzie Miller talked to Bailey, who said he is proud to be Canadian, and Josh Alexander is going to beat Konosuka Takeshita.
Athena (ROH Women's Champion) vs. Gisele Shaw
They lock up and go to the corner and break clean. They lock up again and move to mat work. When they get to their feet, Shaw gets a hard shoulder tackle. Athena answers with one of her own and then hits a baseball slide, knocking Shaw to the floor. Shaw catches her when she dives and slams her onto the apron, which I hear is the hardest part of the ring. Shaw beats Athena around the ring on the floor.
Athena is rolled into the ring and Shaw gets a kick and a pin for two. They fight in the corner and Athena picks the leg and beats her down on the apron. Athena drives Shaw into the ringpost face first and gives a kick for good measure. Athena then poses and smiles in the ring. Shaw gets into the ring at 9 and Athena stomps her down and then batters her on the mat. Athena then gets on Shaw’s back when she is draped on the middle rope.
Athena yells at Shaw and Shaw slaps her. Athena uses a forearm and then holds a foot on Shaw’s throat. Athena pulls up Shaw and kicks her in the head while holding a side cravate. Shaw gets a snap mare, but Athena recovers with a knee to the Shaw’s midsection. Shaw gets a curb stomp in the corner and then a modified hurricanrana for two. Athena gets a senton to take control back and grounds and pounds Shaw. Athena then holds a chinlock on Shaw while grape vining the leg before slamming Shaw down. Athena misses a senton and Shaw grabs an arm bar.
Athena powers out of it and Shaw recovers with a Liger Bomb and both women are down. They get up at the count of 7. Shaw gets a clothesline and a series of uppercuts and kicks. Shaw gets a spine buster for two. Athena gets a backdrop driver and a big boot. Athena gets a power slam for two. Athena starts slapping Shaw and then sets for a pile driver. Shaw escapes out the back. Shaw gets a power slam for two.
Shaw pulls Athena up and lays in chops. Athena gets a roll up and Athena gets out of it. Shaw gets a leaping cutter, but Athena blocks it and gets a springboard cross body for two. Shaw lays in strikes. Athena lays in a few of her own and beats Shaw down to her knees. Shaw gets a fireman’s carry into a Michinoku Driver for two.
They run the ropes and Athena gets a shotgun drop kick into the corner. Shaw dodges the charge and gets a pair of uppercuts. Athena dodges a corkscrew and gets a big kick. Athena gets a running punch to the face and then gets a straightjacket backbreaker into a power bomb for two. Athena gets a crossface and Shaw rolls over and reverses the hold. Athena is able to reverse the hold and gets a knee bar. Shaw rolls through and gets a modified sharp shooter.
Athena rolls through and goes back to the crossface. Shaw rolls onto her back and pins Athena for two. Shaw is able to get6 to her feet and comes off the ropes with a spear. She gets a flatliner on Athena for one. Shaw gets a hard forearm and a springboard stunner for two. Shaw charges at Athena and Athena rolls to the ropes and holds on.
Shaw stomps Athena and pulls her to her feet. Shaw puts Athena on the top and Athena gets a Victory Roll, but instead shoots Shaw into the turnbuckle. They both go to the top and they fight on the top. Shaw is knocked down and Athena hits the O Face for the pin and the win.
Winner and Still ROH Women’s Champion: Athena
Well worked Championship match that made Shaw seem like a serious threat. Antoher fantasic match on this card.
And now, the Main Event of this weekend’s pair of shows.
Konosuke Takeshita (AEW International Champion) vs Josh Alexander.
Josh is in pink and black as a tribute to Bret Hart.
They move quickly to mat wrestling, trading the advantage back and forth. They work to their feet and trade arm bars, going back to the mat. They break and reset. They lock up collar and elbow and Takeshita forces them to the ropes. Josh gets a side headlock takeover after they break and they move to running the ropes and shoulder tackle each other, but neither go down. Josh finally knocks down Takeshita when he drops out of the corner.
They then trade chops with Josh knocking Takeshita down and grabbing an ankle lock. Takeshita gets to the ropes for the break. Josh gets a scoop, a slam, and a knee drop for one. Josh grabs another ankle lock and Takeshitaa rolls through to try to kick free. Josh turns it into a sharpshooter and Takeshita gets to the ropes for the break. Takeshita gets forearms and then rakes the eyes.
Takeshita gets a big drop-kick. They fight on the apron and Takeshita gets a DDT on Josh on the apron. Takeshita runs Josh into the barricade. And then sends him into the steel steps. Josh is rolled into the ring and Takeshita rakes the eyes and holds Josh on the mat. Josh is whipped to the corner and Takeshita nails him and then hits a scoop slam and senton from the second rope for two.
Takeshita gets shoulder thrusts in the corner and then whips him hard into the corner. Josh blocks a suplex, but Takeshita gets a brain buster for two. He then gets a reverse chinlock and holds Josh down. Josh is able to escape and he gets a big body drop on Takeshita when Takeshita comes off the ropes and Josh grabs another ankle lock. Takeshita easily gets to the ropes. Josh then releases by flipping Takeshita over the top rope to the floor.
Josh hits a kick when Takeshita tries to get in the ring and Josh hits a cross body onto Takeshita on the floor. They get into the ring and Josh gets a Finley roll and then a knee from the second turnbuckle for two. They take their time to re-engage and Josh picks up Takeshita, but can’t hold it. Takeshita gets a frankensteiner and Josh is rolled to the floor and Takeshita gets a Terminator dive onto Josh on the floor.
Josh is rolled into the ring and Takeshita gets a running big boot in the corner. They go to the top and Takeshita gets an avalanche superplex for two. Takeshita goes to the top for a frog splash and Josh gets the knees up. Josh goes to the top and misses a moonsault and both men are down. They are up at the count of 6.
They throw hands and Josh picks the knee into an ankle lock and Takeshita gets a lariat to escape. Josh gets a backbreaker for two. Josh grabs yet another ankle lock. Takeshita rolls through, running Josh into a turnbuckle. He then hits a poisonrana and tries to follow up with a clothesline, but Josh catches him for an exploder suplex. They run the ropes and Josh gets the big clothesline and drops the straps. Josh gets a pair of German Suplexes. Takeshita is able to get two of his own. Josh reverses and Takeshita goes to the ropes. Josh then gets a German suplex on the apron and they roll to the floor. Josh is still holding on and Takeshita gets a brain buster on the ramp after they block suplexes from each other.
The ref is counting as they both lay on the ramp. They get into the ring at the 9 count and collapse on the mat. They crawl toward each other and fight on the mat. They slowly work to their feet and Takeshita gets a knee to Josh's head. Josh gets a small package for two. Takeshita gets a Blue Thunder Bomb for two. They run the ropes and Josh gets a F5 for a two count. Takeshita gets a hard forearm and Takeshita pulls him up.
Josh’s blows have nothing behind them and Takeshita knocks him down again. Josh calls for him to keep fighting. Takeshita drops him again, but Josh grabs an ankle, pulling Takeshita down. Takeshita fights free and hits Josh with a German suplex. Takeshita hits a C4 spike for two. Josh starts to power up.
They reverse holds until Josh gets a spinning tombstone for two. Josh gets the C4 spike and Takeshita gets a foot on the rope at two. Josh grabs a traditional ankle lock and kicks at Takeshita at the same time. Takeshita rolls through, but Josh holds on. Takeshita rolls over and kicks Josh off. Josh suplexes Takeshita into the turnbuckles.
Josh puts Takeshita on the top and Takeshita gets an avalanche clothesline from the top for two. Takeshita gets a V Trigger and follows with the Raging Fire for the pin and the win.

Don Callis cuts a promo about how great Takeshita did this weekend and how they came to Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling to win. Callis says no one can beat Takeshita. Callus and Takeshita attack Josh and he is saved by Ricochet showing up to drive them off.
