Match On Last Night's RAW Reportedly Had Its Finish Changed

A WWE United States Championship Match took place last night on WWE RAW between the WWE United States Champion Sheamus and Humberto Carrillo, with the match ending rather abruptly following a bad bump at ringside.

Carrillo hit Jinder with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb from the apron of the ring directly to the floor and Sheamus landed rather awkwardly and in a hard and brutal manner on Carrilloโ€™s knee. Carrillo signaled for a referee and a referee then made his way down to check on Carrillo, which would then lead to the match being cut short by the referee and it was decided that the match was a no contest, though it is interesting to note that despite the match being ruled as a no contest, the WWE U.S. Champion Sheamus still had his arms raised after the match.

According to Fightful Select, the finish that took place on WWE Monday Night RAW was actually not the finish that was originally planned. There's no word yet on what the original finish actually was, but updates will be provided as it becomes available.
