Mayor Of London’s Office Says No Talks Have Taken Place About Bringing WrestleMania 44 To The City

According to a report by POST Wrestling, Tom Degun, a representative from the London Mayor’s Office, stated that there have been general discussions with WWE regarding the possibility of bringing WrestleMania 44 to London. However, he clarified that no specific discussions have taken place yet. Degun also mentioned that Mayor Sadiq Khan is eager to attract more global sports events to London, including major WWE events, and that further opportunities are being explored.

Last year, Mayor Khan met with WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque and WWE President Nick Khan to discuss the potential for hosting the event in London. Currently, WWE plans to hold WrestleMania 43 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will mark the first overseas WrestleMania in WWE history.

During a recent town hall meeting, Khan hinted at the location for WrestleMania 44, stating, “Wait until you hear the announcement on where we’re going to be for WrestleMania in 2028.”
