Mercedes Mone Calls Herself Female Version Of The Rock On The Microphone

Mercedes Mone can hang on the mic.

So much so that she feels she is the female equivalent to the legendary Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in his WWE prime.

After strumming the guitar at a press conference recently that had fans buzzing on social media, the IWGP Women's Champion took to Twitter to reply to a fan who stated that the promo proved she was the female Dean Ambrose, she disagreed, instead pointing to herself being the female version of "The Great One" himself.

"More like the female The Rock," Mone wrote.

The exchange stems from the clip, which saw Mone at a recent press conference pulling out a guitar and sang a song called “Mayu Sucks.” The reference to it being a female version of Dean Ambrose was a jab at her because Jon Moxley had to do comedic angles near the end of his WWE run, which he disliked and has been vocal about in the past.

The Rock has been known to flaunt his singing abilities, especially during his Hollywood Rock run, and Mone responded by saying it proved she was a female version of him.
