Mickie James Says She Wants To Create New Stars With NWA All-Women’s PPV

Former WWE Star Mickie James, who recently joined the NWA and is set to produce their all-women’s PPV Event known as EMPOWERRR, appeared on Wrestling Inc.'s Daily podcast, where she talked about her goal in wanting to create new stars with the all-women's PPV.

Mickie James said:

“I want to make some stars!”

Mickie James also talked about how she intends on creating these new stars and how big of a statement and opportunity this is for the women.

Mickie James said:

“How quickly, how fast could they learn and really create this marketable, television character plus they can go!” “They can really go, you know?” “What a statement that is for women over all, for the NWA women’s division.”

Mickie James then talked about how she was in line to be a producer for the WWE's women’s division as well as how she could have helped the younger talent define their characters and get comfortable with it.

Mickie James said:

“[WWE has] cultivated and created places for younger talent to grow and get that experience on television and really define their characters and get comfortable in it. They’re ready to go rather than learning on television.”

“That way when you bring them to television, they’re over prepared.” “I always think that’s such a hard thing to do for any character, to learn on TV in front of millions of people.”
