Mike Chioda To Start Working For A New Promotion In Puerto Rico Soon Run By The Colon Family

Former WWE referee Mike Chioda recently appeared on an episode of the "Monday Mailbag" podcast, where he revealed he will start a new job soon in a promotion called Latin American Wrestling Entertainment Incorporated, which is a promotion based in Puerto Rico and run by The Colon Family.

Mike Chioda said:

“Coming up in Puerto Rico, I’m going to start working with the Colons over there, Epico & Primo Colon, and their father. They are starting a new company called ‘Latin American Wrestling Entertainment Incorporated.’ I’ll be leaving out there Tuesday. I’m going to do some stuff with production and training the referees and stuff like that. I’ll start getting back in the ring a little bit, hopefully once a month there in Puerto Rico for live TV. It’s going to be awesome, tapings and TV. They have a really good thing going on there. They have nice staging and a nice ring. They have some interesting talent coming up in their company too as well.”

There is no word yet on what the promotion has planned for television as well as for live events, but the new promotion was incorporated this past March. There's also no word yet on how the new promotion will affect the WWC as it was also founded by Carlos Colon, but updates will be given once it is made available.
